Warranty/Return Policy:

All products purchased from Interface Systems, Inc. (through barcodeit.com) are warranted against defects.  Defective hardware may be exchanged for an identical product within 15 days of purchase.  If a replacement is not available, Interface Systems, Inc. will refund the purchase price.  NO RETURNS will be accepted after 15 days from date of purchase.  All returns are subject to inspection prior to a replacement being shipped.  If the returned product is not found to be defective, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged plus any freight charges.  If any products are not returned with original boxes or missing components or damage, additional charges will apply.

All merchandise is non-returnable after 15 days from the date of shipment.  Any return prior to 15 days must have a valid RMA# issued in order to be returned.  All returned items are subject to inspection and must be unused and free of any damage of any kind and must include the original packaging.  All manuals, cables, and product boxes & packing material must be included.  A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged for returned items.  Any items with damage or missing items will not be accepted under the return and the product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
